The Polish Power Exchange (TGE S.A.) continues to develop its project of publishing coal market information on the Exchange Information Platform - GPI (www.gpi.tge.pl). Our new initiative, which has been a result of the cooperation with the Energy Market Agency (ARE S.A.), is a presentation of coal prices analyses in the form of price indicators of steam coal used for electricity generation, based on the ARE's figures. The new coal price indicators complement the already published PSCMI coal price indexes, as they comprise the cost of coal transportation from a mine to a power plant. More information - www.tge.pl.
